Entering the contest is free. submit a one-act play between 10 and 25 pages or a one-person show on DVD or video. All pieces must be original and owned by yourself. Only pieces that have not had a professional production will qualify. Include a cover page with the title of your work and your name, age, address, phone number and email (if applicable). Also include the name of the school you are attending. Mail one legibly typed copy of your play in standard play format or your performance DVD to: Tatjana Greiner, YOUTH OF THE BAY P.O. Submissions must be post-marked no later than [ a new deadline will be announced shorlty – we are currently not accepting submissions] Material will not be returned. Participants must be between the ages of 14 and 21 and living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Winning contestants under the age of 18 may be required to obtain the consent of their legal guardian to attend the show.
